Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund or to modify your order, you must request within 24 hours of your purchase. We are unable to accept returns. If we have not received an email from you within 24 hours of your purchase, we will proceed with your order. 

Refunds
In order to request a refund, you must email us within 24 hours of your purchase. Your refund will not be processed until we have responded to and addressed your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be prepared to provide supporting documentation.
